  This place is terrible. The quality of the food sucks and way too expensive. Then they have staff doing the job of 3 people- intentionally being short staffed.

  I always stop by there after the gym It’s the perfect place to grab a bite, and charge your phone. I’m always met with great customer service an a welcome atmosphere.

  Accidentally came in a few minutes before the lobby closed and the guy still let us in and order and was very kind to us. Very quick service and very good sandwiches.

  Pulled up to the drive thru and heard the automated “take a minute to look over the menu and we’ll be right with you.” No problem. Then 10 minutes went by and no one said a word even after I asked three times if someone was going to help me. I finally left. Not the first negative experience at this location.

  Came through drive though once a while back and nobody came on after the recorded message for about 10 minutes. Left and went elsewhere. This time, on April 12th, 2026 at 6:30pm, we didn't get served again, sat in drive through for 15 minutes this time. Tried calling, nothing. Walked into an empty store and sat for another 15 minutes then I left when I finally heard the toilet flush and the person just never came back to the counter. Store was unclean, everything was just left out, every station was left j covered and the store was completely unnatended almost 30 minutes.
