David was Awsome under so much pressure! He really does deserve a raise. He was very very busy but was still very friendly and made everyone’s order to the best he could. Subway corporate needs to get this man some better employees!

Staff was super busy, but they stayed engaged while we waited. The sandwich was made perfectly to order. I was really impressed with the workers at this location.

The worst service leave you sitting 10 plus minutes at the drive thru waiting to order while the store and parking lots completely empty didnt even get to order cause thry stopped answering after I pulled up and sat 10 plus minutes

Waited to share this till a second visit but went into subway both people behind the counter worked on mobile orders while a line formed waited 10 mons both times before walking out I wasn't even next in line and they hadn't even waited on them yet.

Time management at this location is not effective. Pulling up into the drive through with what appears no other vehicles in parking lot besides employees. And the Customer service person on the drive through Microphone tells me there are " Twelve" sandwiches ahead of my simple 2 sub order. I get that people order pick up and door dash. But in reality its appropriate to continue taking an order esp a regular size lunch order of customers actually present and waiting. Not to make us sit at the order mic while you complete 12 other orders awaiting pick up. Your store is loosing revenue this way. I sure hope the owner or manager can address the time management skills of the employees here. I waited patiently for our turn after almost 30 mins i said Hello. They lady said its going to be a min i have 15 sandwiches ahead of you this us after almost 30 mins Waiting! Im confused you just said 12, now its 15?. She continued to take new orders from online instead of just taking and making our quick 2 sub order. I asked if she could possibly take our 2 sub order and her response was she takes orders in a line the way they come in, and that she doesn't have time to " argue" with me. I wasnt Arguing i was communicating an inquiry and if thats true what she said why did i wait almost 30 mins and when i said hello theres now 15 sandwiches ahead, when there was 12 previously and what was bring done the whole entire time we were waiting. My son is type 1 and we of course pre bolused his insulin lunch coverage to prevent an elevated blood sugar. And couodnt get our food order taken after a very long wait. Im sure management can check their cameras and see multiple customers leaving without placing orders because of this. Really really not good business the way we were handled. We left went to center and court street and ordered and received our food within 10 mins a reasonable time for 2 sandwiches and 4 pre made cookies.
