    Every single time I order here they always get it right even when I do a mobile order. And I really appreciate that as some subways tend to mess up stuff when I mobile order. Also, the lady with purple short hair has amazing customer service and is fun to chat with, she’s very friendly!!

    I went to the subway in the pilot on brick road only to have the employee tell me that I couldn't get my free sub that you get when buy three when you remember of their new subclub. I also couldn't use any online coupons as they don't recognize any promotional values because they are in the pilot station. Wasn't very happy about this and I think it's wrong. However the guy behind the counter did make me a great sub

    We had went to the dunes last weekend and stopped at this location, we live in fort wayne, indiana, and tonight I made the accident of not double checking location addresses when I checked out. I looked my subway up and selected the subway up the road from me, once my order was placed I then realized it somehow switched to this location, which I am 2hrs away from. I called them to try to cancel the order or see if there was anything we could do for me to get my money back as I am not able to pick up my order. I understand I made the mistake when checking out, but I was pretty much told tough, theres nothing they can do for me at all! I asked regarding a gift card anything of that nature, and I was told that a manager hasnt gotten ahold of them, and they had no intentions on taking my information to see if there was anyway I could be refunded for $16 of food I will not receive as I am 2hrs away!!! Definitely not happy at all!
