  My friend bob really helped me at this location. I was having batter issues and thought I had to spend a lot on a battery I did not have instead he found out it was the connector to the battery that was the probable which only cost me less than $10.00 he saved my pockets. I will be returning

  Five starts for the great customer service at Advance Auto parts in Brownstown MI! For nearly 30 years I have dealt with this store and you will find the have the very best customer service and great pricing. Yesterday, 5/20/26, I picked up another order for a four wheel brake job on my sons 2018 Optima. We discovered the rear rotors where incorrect due to there being a difference between manual and electric parking brake applications. I went back to the store and JULIAN was amazing, and granted me customer service above and beyond, exchanged the parts and waived the extra cost! BOB, the general manager has always been such a pleasure to deal with as well, and has exampled consistently the best of integrity, honor and customer service as well! Folks, I highly recommend shopping at this store, you will not find better customer care and the pricing for parts has been unbeatable. You will not be disappointed in these two guys! I am retired now, but I spent 45 years in customer service in the auto dealerships I owned. Trust me when I say, these are the type of people you pray to find if you are hiring, and in todays world, what they offer in honor and care, is hard to find! Sincerely, Timothy Collins
