  Honestly could not be MORE complimentary of this store. Every single person there is amazing and helpful. As a print designer, I use them for a lot of my large signage and the print team there is communicative, quick, and correct. Every time. So thankful to have them close by and as a great resource. 1000/10 from me!

  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Wanted to charge 57.00 to send an envelope that had 1 yes 1 sticker in it for my daughter. Was going from Brighton MI to Winter Srings Florida. I told them no the absolutely IGNORANT girl replied "I Don't Make the prices." I replied well you lost my business. FED EX was wonderful

  EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Running errands can be a drag and I always look forward to going here because I know the process will be smooth. Each staff member is willingly helpful, kind, and efficient. I leave every time thinking “this is the best UPS store in Michigan.”
