    The girl working there just now is the worst Subway employee I've ever encountered. I asked to sub out ham for turkey on a sandwich and she became the most rude employee ever. In no way will I ever bring my business to this location again as long as she is there. She claimed to work at every subway location and said that my request would be denied at them all (even though every single location I've been to ever accommodates the request without a hassle or issue) and i used to eat subway 4 times a week or more so her claim was just ridiculous.

    Placed and order for pickup on October 5 around 2:00. I got a different cookie than I ordered, but the person wrote on the bag, "Sorry, we are out of chocolate chip." I appreciated the explanation and the time it took. : )

    When we go to Subway on Grand River in Brighton we like when Rochelle is working. She does a fantastic job on our subs and she always ask if our subs look good and she asks if we have a rewards card and tells us when we have enough points. Rochelle is fabulous.
