I ordered subs for my wife and I online, I get there and it's empty, they guy behind the line doest acknowledge my presence at all. I get home and open our subs to see they aren't toasted like we ordered and he couldn't even have been bothered to cut our subs, is it a very big deal? No but I paid for it and I expect to get what I paid for. Now I'm trying to call to talk to a manager and no one is answering the phone after a few calls, kind of ridiculous. I've worked in the food industry for over a decade now and I know some days are rough but it isn't hard to do the bare minimum which is just giving people what they paid for and doing your job
