  there were two young men working the counter and they had 0 customer service skills at all. i came in, started ordering in the usual way i order at any subway and moments after i started he stops me and says “what kind of sandwich?” and i said “sorry?” and then he repeated himself, but louder, and i then asked if i could just do a build your own and he said no. his tone was incredibly rude right off the bat and nothing was explained properly. overall a very bad experience, and i hope this location does better at training their employees on politeness and customer service in the future.

  Women’s restroom is out of paper towel and soup. We left the staff member know but it seemed like it was just him there.

  The female working there has a terrible attitude. Threw sandwiches together with no care, allowed the bread to burn on both sandwiches. The restaurant was dirty particularly at the place where the sandwiches are being put together. The manager needs to step in and fix it asap.

  The place was packed when we got there in the early afternoon, but very well staffed so the line went through quite well.
