  I scanned pre-paid overnight envelope and dropped into the self-service station at this location at 4:08pm yesterday. Contents needed to be delivered this morning before 10:30am - that's the service I paid for. I checked tracking at 10:45am today and the status was "we have your package". It was not moving at all. I called the location and asked that they check the self-service station. Of course my envelope was still there. Their attitude that of an an entitled teen. Response was that they "usually" "try" to check it every day and that there was no guarantee that it would have been delivered this morning anyway, since that's on the driver. Really poor service by this store and staff.

  The staff is always so welcoming and quick. They give suggestions on how to best package my items. It’s clean and conveniently located

  I want to give a shout out to this Amazing team at the UPS on Woodward Avenue in Birmingham. I have dealt with Fed Ex , Amazon and UPS and these people are ten times better ! They are more efficient, more professional, more helpful, and more kind. From the manager Rachel to every single crewmember on the team. I would highly recommend them to everyone…

  ALL THE STAFF are patient!! Today Liam was so helpful- I was frustrated w my lack of correct paperwork for Amazon returns and he was super helpful- they make it easy and I’m grateful!

  The store is organized and clean! People is super nice 🙂
