  Staff treated me terribly. Had a simple question and they gave me an attitude the entire time, and did not answer my question or even listen to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are better locations (and carriers) if this is the norm for FedEx.

  I got off of the bus and walked in on 4/29/2026 at 11:55 a.m. The only black male employee (beard) stared at me rudely and didn't say anything to me, which was very offputting. I tried printing on the computer, but the printer wasn't working. When I went to the counter to inquire about printing, the two women were preoccupied, so I went up to the guy. I said: "excuse me?" This time he didn't even turn his head, nor acknowledge me. If you hate a front-facing customer service role: find a different job.
