  Joey was really polite and efficient in getting everyone in and out. Definitely need more staff, I felt bad he was the only guy working and its right by Frankenmuth so it's a busy town! You guys need to staff your store. Very unfair to the workers who have to work by themselves all night. Thanks for being such a hard worker Joey!

  Joey went above and beyond all of the service and helped me out on the phone to be able to order and did an excellent job. I would give him 10 out of 10 not 5 out of 5!

  Terrible customer service. Made us wait while they did mobile orders first even though there was 3 people behind the counter. Maybe consider serving your in house guest first or at least splitting the people up.
