  I tried to get my balance on an old Michael Kors’ gift card through the website and the phone number listed on the back of the card . The website gave me an error message and the phone number kept hanging up on me. I took my card to the Michael Kors in Birch Run, MI to try and see if they could find my balance at the store . Ann tried to get the balance on my card, but was unable to get the balance either. She took my contact information and made a call to get my card balance. She mailed me a new gift card since I wasn’t in the area anymore. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Instead of just giving me a number to call Ann made the call and got me a new card. Thanks again!
