Very disappointing, went in with my family,4 of us went and 2 stayed home,(2 didn’t want any)when we tried to order the she(employee 1978) (little silver spot on her eyebrow) told us her store doesn’t allow employees to make that many sandwiches at once,nobody else was in the store just us, it was about 2:30pm, I said ok we will place to separate orders, she said ok how many would you be getting, I said I’ll be getting 4 and they’ll be getting 2, she said she couldn’t do it, her store doesn’t allow customers to order more then 2 sandwiches, the other party said she was good because the vibe made her lose her appetite so I said forget mine and my husband’s sandwiches as well, I’ll just get the other 2 then, they’ll just get the 1, so as I was getting my vegetables I asked for light onions again, another issue, she literally asked me well what do you mean light, I said put like 4 onions on there, both my sandwich’s were footlongs if that matters, she said she can’t do that light means cut in half, I said I don’t want my veggies cut up I just want a few I don’t understand the problem, I asked for a extra cup for ice, which I know subway provides clear curtesy cups, again , she said her store doesn’t allow them to do that, I eat subway very often almost every Saturday, never in my 41 years of life have I ever came across this at any other subway, EVER! I will be contacting them immediately in the morning, I would like some type of explanation, it’s crazy you can’t get food for your family, and technically I have 8 people 2 of them just didn’t want subway, now you mean to tell me you turned down all that money you could have made, went in wanting 6 sandwiches, left with 3, there’s no excuse for this honestly, makes no sense, and she made it clear every time, “ we are not allowed to do that here” so yes I would like to hear this personally from someone a district manager, owner, or corporate. Never will visit this place again NEVER
