  Ordered food on the subway app and they were out of bread so he just said there’s nothing I can do and then I need to leave. No refund no sandwich nothing. Don’t make an online order if you don’t want a chance, not getting any food.

  Placed order from ORD to be picked up on way back home Up North. Accounted for time zone change in placing order, but app decided to "account for it again" resulting in our arrival 1 hour before order due. Employee powerless to change the time of the order, cancel it, or make it early. We could place the order again, but employee fairly certain we'd be charged twice. Seems outrageous this inconvenience caused by an app and chain whose underlying raison d'etre is convenience.

  This Subway is inside the Walmart I was the only customer there, employees were in the back busy doing trash or something, then they got to me!
