  App/online order not received until 20 minutes after waiting in restaurant. Finally received and then served every other person in line before beginning to prep order

  Very poor customer service since new ownership. Hiring unprofessional young adults with no training and clearly no experience. Very poor customer service. Also they have gnats flying around their food.

  The black guy thats working with the cornrolls to the back needs to be fired!!! Like seriously how the hell is he still there! Every single time my family and I come in there he's upset! I spend almost $100 on sandwiches because I have a family of 6 and he's upset every time! And they're simple sandwiches 3 turkey 3 meatballs meals! Lately we've gone out our to go to St. Joe just to get good service! We went in there tonight and he doesn't have anything and just very rude about it! It's becoming annoying like seriously I'm going to snap on him! I've worked at this same subway twice so I know it gets hard but when you have customers smiling and greeting you try to smile back! All that mean mugging and pouting doesn't do anything but piss people off! Smh you guys lost a lot of money tonight because he didn't have bacon, turkey, cheese, bacon, basically everything Im sure you guys had everything he just didn't want to prep anything! He's gross 🤢 if you see this guy there don't even bother seriously! Next time I'm going to record him!
