Currently sitting at subway waiting on my order that was placed on the app at 7:08pm. The app said it would be ready by 7:25pm. I've been sitting here directly in front of the store since about 7:15pm. My husband went in around 7:40pm because we watched as they seemed to start our order finally but pushed it aside as more
people entered the store. We finally got our order at 7:55pm. Once we got home we realize they didn't put extra ranch that was supposed to be on one sub nor the extra meat, cheese or black olives that were supposed to be on another sub. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service and the food. Frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive it.

Really has been 'meh' my last two visits. Bread falls apart when I touch it. This is a ten dollar sandwich that used to be 5. Please do better.
