I went in on Saturday about 3pm to order 4 different subs. I walked in the door and the female employee said : are you here for a mobile pick up or here to order. I said I wanted to order. She looked at me and said "there's 6 orders ahead of you". That's all she said. So, I replied OK and walked out. If she wasn't so rude about it or atleast said something simple like: do you mind waiting 5 mintues. So because of this employee, your store missed out on well over $50 income by the time you added upthe 4 different subs (I waNted to order), the chips, cookies, drinks, etc. Will not be going back to your store.
Place looked dirty, 1 person working the whole store...and was told if I wanted to order id have to wait 20mins....this is a very pathetic excuse for a subway

I ordered through GH and it was delivered pretty fast. But 20+ mins before they picked it up I called to make sure they could toast my sub. Bc there's no option to do so through the app. I was told it was already made. 25 mins early? Then there was no double meat on it or bacon like requested or mayo on the side extra. There was the standard but meat on the salad of a sandwich I received. I actually used to be an assistant manager at subway for about 4 years. For the $30(including tip) it cost me to get such a poor sandwich I could've got a steak at the pub next door. I hate to complain. But, Subway. You need to do better. Not to mention their customer complaint line is pretty much non existent. To bad bc I order subway a lot. But it won't be from this location again.

Friday April 17th 2026 11:30 a.m. roughly, had one of the worst experiences for zero respect of my time. One worker and she moved very slow and my delivery had one sandwich. She was being people that was coming in behind me and finishing their sandwich. I left after waiting 10 minutes, and also staring at the sandwich right there for a few minutes. I hope she gets fired

The food and service here is always quite good, and I love that they still have the old school early 2000s decor. That being said, I feel pretty terrible that there seems to be exactly 1 staff member tasked with running the entire store. He does a great job working with what he has, but it makes me almost not want to go in if there’s already a few people there.
