  DO NOT USE FEDEX. My family has used FedEx twice for high-value shipments, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, my mother ordered a phone and the box arrived completely empty. The second time, I sent in a graded trading card submission, and the entire package was destroyed in transit. Maybe it’s coincidence, maybe it isn’t but somehow the only two times we’ve trusted FedEx with valuable items, something went seriously wrong. After these experiences, we’ll be avoiding FedEx entirely for any future shipments, especially anything valuable or collectible.
