  I had a service center replace a starter just over a year ago the starter went bad and the service center closed due to them retiring the starter was token out of the vehicle and still had the Carquest sticker on it I contacted Monica at the Euclid Road store and she was more than helpful and listened and got the starter replaced so great high five to Monica

  Called asking for a niche part and got top tier service from Zach. Spent 15 minutes searching around for me and when we found the part wasn’t available was able to refer me to other places that may have it. Excellent customer service

  we were 150 miles from home when our truck had some minor brake problems. we couldn't drive it and the store was 1.3 miles from us. the staff said don't worry we got you. he paid for the part and came to us. we fixed the truck and went to the store and paid the gentleman back. he went way above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you
