  This is a great group of people here. I drop off a bunch of packages multiple times a week and they are always friendly and helpful. It is super convenient to drop here because you can drop USPS there as well. I have never had an issue with anyone or any of my packages not getting to their destination or anything. Highly recommend this location.

  Always find a dumb excuse to delay delivery because they can’t finish in time it’s very rare I actually get my package the day it says . Told me they couldn’t deliver because of a gate code and my apartments don’t even have a gate code very unreliable

  This whole company is extremely rude Starting with the cashier and all the way up to corporate they rush you through the line. Without explanation. What's even better it the quote for the corporate line is we pride ourselves in great customer satisfaction. While calling corporate the 1st representative hung up the phone and the other one was just as rude. This was the 1st time I used this service and I will never do it again.
