  I went to the subway and the shell gas station in Battle Creek. Wanted a ham and Turkey protein pocket. It came with honey mustard sauce and tomato. I asked for no tomato, substitute it with cucumber. And no honey mustard, I substitute it with Mayonnaise. They told me I could not have that so I made them throw it away. Because I'm not gonna pay for something. I can't eat. I have never had a subway. Tell me, I can't substitute sauce or take a vegetable off to add a different vegetable. It was ridiculous.I walked.

  Ran in for a sandwich between my 2 jobs, was asked if I had a to-go order..upon saying no...I was then told it would be a while because they have a to-go order ahead of me and they are restocking. I then asked about how long, (because im on my way to my 2nd job) and was told at least 10 min. Absolutely not! This isn't customer service....Do better

  We come in here a lot we always are amazed by one person who is very friendly personable she is amazing at her job and always takes care of us shout out to Alanna thank you for everything. She deserves a raise 😊😊😊
