Ashley/Ashlyn was absolutely so rude. treated people like garbage. multiple people complained about how rude she was, also she didn’t have a hat or hair net. her hair was dangling over my food the whole time.

Mobile order pickup needs work. Where they place finished orders is tucked away back in the kitchen area. Because of this, when you walk in you're given the choice of hmmm...do I want to look like im cutting everyone in line and walk right up to checkout to tell someone im picking up? Or do I want to wait 10 minutes in line for everyone's sandwhich in front of me to be made just to pickup a simple mobile order. Also the lady that gave me my order looked like she had an attitude. Verified the name of my order and just gave me my bag without saying a word to me. Maybe she was having a bad day which i understand. On the plus side I will say my sandwich was very well made and was really good. It's not like I won't come back, I would just like to see better customer service and something to improve mobile pickup.

The service is normally great but the prices are outrageous! This location does not accept coupons. I bought 1 wrap, nothing extra, no chips or drinks and it was $14, and then they ask for a tip. Absolutely not. I’m done coming to this subway, I feel like I’ve been robbed. Go to the one in Pennfield and use a coupon!
