  Bugs crawling around pop machine was not clean because I could tell by the way my water tasted overall my experience was not very happy just sucks Will not be going back ever again

  I ordered a foot long through the app and they only made a six inch. The workers were too preoccupied talking to each other to help me.

  This Subway has the best workers and best food, it’s always clean. I have a couple favorites but today I had Austin and he was awesome. The subway on Columbia sucks, sorry but I live near it and will drive out to Beckley rd to eat. Hickman rd subway is always dirty, the manager is rude. Beckley subway is the place to go! Thank you Austin!

  i had gotten 2 footlongs and austin i had found out his name towards the end of my order he has a great attitude and personality he made my sandwich perfectly even asked if that was enough with everything i had asked for

  I came this morning around 1130am and there was no line so I should’ve been helped right away, instead I waited for almost 10 minutes and listened to the employee in the back talk to her “friend” about her “bedroom” experiences that were totally inappropriate especially since i had my 4 year old with me!! After i said hello a few times she finally came to help me but with an attitude as if I wasn’t a paying customer that had ALREADY been patiently waiting. The service was horrible, the food had a weird chemical taste to it as if they are washing the glass with food in there. Idk but ill NEVER return this this subway , or even ANY subway again after what I experienced today.
