Andrew helped me today with a smile on his face and made pleasent conversation! It's rare to find food service workers like that anymore, will be back at this location again! :)

The poor girl working was all by herself, with an enormous line. She was very stressed but handled everything beautifully and with grace. My sandwich was excellent. Places of business, especially restaurants, really need to stop under staffing.
This Subway’s new way of doing things is ridiculous. They wouldn’t even let me switch the sauce on my wrap because “that’s the way they come.” Like, what? Subway’s whole thing has always been making it how you want it.
Then another customer asked for more olives, even offered to pay extra, and they still told her no because they “can’t.” That makes no sense. If a customer is willing to pay for extra toppings or just wants a different sauce, why is that such a problem?
It feels like Subway took away the one thing people actually liked about going there: customizing your food. Bad policy, frustrating service, and definitely not worth coming back if everything is suddenly “no.”

Stupid shit even... i ask them if they had a lid to fit their drink. They said no you can just fill it next door..... next door asked me if im paying for that. And i informed them i already did..... they said they are calling the police
