  Complete frauds!!!!!!!!! 1) Prices listed on website when you ask for them - they will claim 'those are old prices' just because they are commission based third party contractors paid on getting the most money out of customers. 2) They will claim the 'contract' time is 6 months to unlock their phones - it is twelve (12) months. 3) The Cricket service Does Not Block Any Spam calls - your only option is to pay for a 3rd party app or set to do not disturb on your phone so any call in not in your contacts will not ring and bother you. 4) If you try to bring your own phones they will charge $180 (for 2 phones) just to sign up so they can sell you new junk phone Moto phones - all for the commissions. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid Note - other nearby 'Cricket' stores are owned by the same company. Counting the days until I can go to a REAL carrier/provider.

  The guy who works there with the dreads is very rude. Customer service is trash. Just because he’s not having a good day doesn’t mean take out on your customers! He seems to be “nice” when selling the phones so he can get his commission. After that the customer service is straight trash. Tried to double check to make sure the bill got paid to the correct account and he refused to double check. Sounds like he might be committing fraud so be careful with him! No one was in the store, he seemed to only want to sit on his phone. EDIT TO MY REVIEW: Turns out the worker didn’t even make the payment to the correct account and had to pay double because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Even tho he says that “he’s been doing this for a long time” still refusing to acknowledge his wrongs. Beware of him. Seems like he likes to get down on the customers. He’s very hostile when asked anything. It’s definitely time to hire someone else who has experience and good customer service at all times not just when wanting a sale.

  Cameron was excellent helping me today. He got my phone number on its own account and was polite and patient. I've always had excellent service from cricket, and this store in particular, which is why I've been with cricket for years now. I highly recommend going to this store and switching your services to cricket. Cameron will get you the best deal possible.
