  The guy who works there with the dreads is very rude. Customer service is trash. Just because he’s not having a good day doesn’t mean take out on your customers! He seems to be “nice” when selling the phones so he can get his commission. After that the customer service is straight trash. Tried to double check to make sure the bill got paid to the correct account and he refused to double check. Sounds like he might be committing fraud so be careful with him! No one was in the store, he seemed to only want to sit on his phone. EDIT TO MY REVIEW: Turns out the worker didn’t even make the payment to the correct account and had to pay double because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Even tho he says that “he’s been doing this for a long time” still refusing to acknowledge his wrongs. Beware of him. Seems like he likes to get down on the customers. He’s very hostile when asked anything. It’s definitely time to hire someone else who has experience and good customer service at all times not just when wanting a sale.

  Cameron was excellent helping me today. He got my phone number on its own account and was polite and patient. I've always had excellent service from cricket, and this store in particular, which is why I've been with cricket for years now. I highly recommend going to this store and switching your services to cricket. Cameron will get you the best deal possible.

  Came in today got things handled The owner was awesome He really helped me out in a bind can't wait to get to use my new phone and my service He went above and beyond as well as the other manager of the store he's fantastic too Will definitely have to bring my management team over here to get their new lines and devices set up as well looking forward to doing more business with you -Tahali -
