  Would rate 0 stars but can't the manager Nichole is absolutely rude and disrespectful would love to talk to talk to the owner I get banned from the property for "being rude" when the manager is the one who was rude and disrespectful in the first place if you want respect you need to be respectful

  Jenny the front desk clerk that worked a double was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk too...disappointed that the pool was not open. We stayed several years back and the pool was down as well...starting to wonder. Otherwise this hotels a great place for the price and convenience.

  Great staff clean comfy rooms bad location woth traffic not hotels fault though culvers was built there and caused issues
