  Ashley was very kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Ended up buying more than what I went in for. She was also very patient and enduring with my children. Will definitely take the drive to go see her again. Ask her about the speakers. My kids are fighting over the one I bought and I'll be buying another one.

  Had an issue with my new phone and the female staff member helped me solve my problem within a minute or so. I was honestly expecting to wait for 30 minutes or more to get my phone to work right. Excellent help and awesome experience all around.

  I have been in a couple of times. Ashley has been the one to help every time. She adjusted my bill when I canceled a line because the cricket worker I talked to through help their customer service did not. I had been paying extra for like a year. She's called customer service to help when necessary because sometimes it's easier for them since they know what to ask. She went over different phone options when I needed to get a new one for my kid and addressed my concerns.
