Ashley was very kind and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Ended up buying more than what I went in for. She was also very patient and enduring with my children. Will definitely take the drive to go see her again. Ask her about the speakers. My kids are fighting over the one I bought and I'll be buying another one.

I had to get a new phone which was covered under warranty. The company sent me my new phone and I took it to the Cricket retail store and they set up my new phone from my old phone. Didn't take long at all because they knew what doing.
