  Orders are automatically cleared from the board when the come in. Once you walk in for pickup they clear the ready order and start making your order.

  Honestly this store needs better management ! I've been a manager at several places and this isn't how a franchise is ran. I don't really want someone with their stomach out and a bonnet on preparing my food. My order took way too long to be an online. I'll never be back here just because of the atmosphere and the people you have representing this company!!!
