Absolutely egregious. Came in simply requesting 2 6” subs, the most simple of orders, and an older lady working was rude, came off as annoyed and acted like my fiancé was an idiot. Not to mention, she was somewhat judgmental about our orders. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, or couldn’t stand her job, but I really don’t care; that’s no way to treat anybody regardless of how you feel. Her (and her coworker with her AirPod in) had the worst of attitudes. We will not be returning to this sad sorry excuse of a franchise. Do better and work on your issues so that you don’t project them onto other people. Figure out your mess at home, don’t treat your customers like they’re idiots simply because your life isn’t together. Corporate will know about these two in specific.

It says on the website that they're open until 9 or 10:00 and they closed at 7:00 p.m.
Worst subway ever AVOID at all costs ordered dinner online came to pick it up at 8:40 and the employee was closing they seen me and took off into the back of the store literally stopped what they were doing and hid now I have to figure out how to get a refund…

Placed a 40$ Mobil ordered at 830pm, stores hours say 10pm and I go to pick my already placed order and you guys we’re closed. The app is so hard to attempt a refund with. The employee seen me and still walked to the back and at that point I just wanted to find out how I can get my money back!
