  I ordered there today. Worst bread ever. It was practically fossilized and disintegrated, that's how dry it was! It was like eating crackers. You go to take a bite or even lift the sandwich and crumbs shoot everywhere, I was covered with them. Poor employee was by herself, she was very nice and gave great service. Quality of the bread was not her fault! To the manager and franchisee; how are you going to have one employee working at a food court by themselves?! If I were her I would have closed it and left. She deserves better than that, and so do your customers.

  Bad experience at the Great Lakes mall subway. The person making the sandwich was so rude and provoking. He called us the N word. Felt like he didn’t want to be there. And the guy working there instead of fixing the issue was more rude. Just because he was rushing and was giving an attitude as he was making the sandwich. He asked us to leave if we didn’t like the service. Manager needs to speak to the 2 at the line.this was the worse experience at subway and it caused an altercation with us.

  Just advice to anyone going to order from this location: 2 girls had absolutely no respect. Charged random prices written different on the board. Screaming, swear words, etc.

  One of the worst customer service we have ever got at a subway location. The guy cris was horrible. We wanted to change the bread and he got mad just cause we told him to change the bread. He was yelling at us while asking what veggies we needed. Very bad customer service. Not a guy u want to hire.
