    The girls that work at this location are fast and friendly. Ive noticed how hard the blonde girl works. Always busting her behind. Those girls deserve praise.

    I ordered the 6" sub meal of the day BMT. I asked to minus the pepperoni & onions Ari informed me I can't subtract items off the sub. After the sub was toasted I was then asked what toppings do I want on my sub. Well it's the sub of the day and you said I can't minus pepperoni & onion so why am I being ask. At this point a different girl said I can subtract items therefore I minus the onions. Very poor service! Won't be back!

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Subway in Great Lakes. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience here. My husband placed an online order, and while we were standing nearby waiting as the sandwich was being made, the staff member aggressively told us we were not allowed to stand there or watch and that we needed to move to the kiosk area. This is a mall food court area, not a private store, and we were simply standing there waiting for an order we had already paid for. After the rude interaction, we asked if the order could be canceled, but she refused to cancel it from her end and told us to figure it out ourselves online. While we were trying to do that, just 2 minutes later she again told us we could not stand there because we were “making her uncomfortable,” making us feel like she wanted us to get the hell out of there. The entire interaction felt hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.
