Everyone knows fast food customer service is bad but this customer service was by far the worst i have ever experienced in my life. i wouldn’t wish this terrible experience on my worst enemy ignore all other reviews cause they are outdated do not go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
I placed an order for pickup, but it was taken before I arrived. I learned later that someone posed as a DoorDasher & took it. Prior to this, when I asked for help, Janice (who was working) was dismissive and shut me down, and I was told nothing could be done without a manager (who wasn’t answering their phone). I wasn’t offered an apology or a remake and had to leave without my food after driving 20 minutes! She was very rude!!
Why not have people verify when they’re picking up orders??
The lady working 4/6 at 9:00pm is not nice. The internet says they close at 10, the sign outside the door says they close at 10, we open door at 9:00 and she yells we closed at 9 and starts shutting off the lights. Left my kid in tears because she was hungry and couldn't get Subway.
We ordered online. Food was ready when we arrived. All was great.
Typical subway, normally pretty decent. Tho last time there is arrived 20 minutes to 10, and was turned away. You dont close until 10, and I flew there as soon as I got out of work. Thats just laziness. If you want to close early, you need to change your hours. Unacceptable!
