  Went there to shop for my mom and sister and my experience couldn’t have been better. Cat and Michelle were amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the best items for my mom and sister. They were so kind and welcoming and really made my experience memorable. Will definitely come back to purchase more.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Bought multiple items, refused a second bag. "Company policy." I purchased several items at the Michael Kors Outlet at Great Lakes Crossing and asked for one additional bag so I could carry everything comfortably. The sales staff refused, telling me that no matter how much you buy, you get exactly one bag — because "MK is a luxury brand." Let's be honest: this is an OUTLET store selling discounted merchandise. Real luxury houses compete on how well they treat customers — beautiful packaging, generous service, making you feel valued. Here, I spent real money and was lectured about luxury while being denied a paper bag worth a few cents. A brand is not luxury because it rations shopping bags. It's luxury because of how it makes customers feel. Today, MK made me feel like my purchase was a burden to them. Staff were dismissive when I politely asked, hiding behind "company policy" instead of using basic common sense. I travel internationally and shop at outlets across many countries — I have never seen a store penny-pinch on bags while calling itself luxury. Coach and Kate Spade are a short walk away in this same mall. They'll happily bag your purchases properly. Spend your money where it's respected.

  Asked the sales associate what the price was for a purse as there was no tag on it. She rudely said, "it's on the price tag, it's FULL price." Her attitude and snotty demeanor was so off-putting. I am only giving 2 stars because MK makes beautiful bags. Hire kinder people.
