  These drivers are bottom of the barrel. They don’t understand how to deliver to apartments nor do basic skills such as knocking on the door or ringing a bell.

  1st. attempt to deliver 10:18am Thursday, U would think that they will try different time next time but NO, 2nd attempt- Friday 10:20am , 3rd try - u would think they will change something --- NO! 3rd attempt Monday 10:18am - then after 3 times they returned package to the shipper. They collected the $ for shipping and returning , Great Deal (for FedEx) - problems for the customer - I will make sure to never use FedEx again nor order anything from anyone who is shipping by fedex!!! - here is ur deal !!!

  Gentleman was very helpful, took his time. And I enjoyed the small talk, it was refreshing to slow down a bit.

  Just had the best interaction with the employees of this location. I had a medication that needs to be overnight shipped due to temperature affecting the safety and effectiveness of it. It got lost in Memphis TN for awhile and was nearing the date of loss by end of day Saturday (today). It finally entered this location and we talked to the man at the front desk and he was very kind and told us he would find people to go in the back and look for it so I didn't have to wait until Monday for a medication that would be unsafe by then. He was able to get Sheree and Bruce to look and they found it before close. I am forever grateful to all of them! Thank you for the excellent customer service. If their boss sees this, they all deserve a raise!
