  Just had the best interaction with the employees of this location. I had a medication that needs to be overnight shipped due to temperature affecting the safety and effectiveness of it. It got lost in Memphis TN for awhile and was nearing the date of loss by end of day Saturday (today). It finally entered this location and we talked to the man at the front desk and he was very kind and told us he would find people to go in the back and look for it so I didn't have to wait until Monday for a medication that would be unsafe by then. He was able to get Sheree and Bruce to look and they found it before close. I am forever grateful to all of them! Thank you for the excellent customer service. If their boss sees this, they all deserve a raise!

  After 4 unsuccessful delivery attempts of a package that I need to sign for, it is now just sitting at a shipping center and it's not considered eligible for pickup for whatever reason. The tracking website claimed it would be delivered yesterday but it never left the shipping center for 4 days now. I tried calling the location but there is only an automated attendant with no way to speak to an employee to get more details on why my package isn't being delivered to me.

  There stupid. I was trying ship something internationally and they say I could and so I provided the address and they said I was making up some address because they couldn’t locate it even when I called the person I try ship it to to confirm it was a real address because the person was a family member from a different country but they still refuse and said I could he in prison for providing false statement. I even show documents and photos to prove to them and they had the nerve to say I photoshop it. Why would I ship a package somewhere to somewhere made up and waste my time and money? Obviously they wasted my time and to dumb and unknowledgeable to know anything. They need a better need a better education. He then started to threaten me alot. Then one his Co workers came and walked in and attack me to. They then threaten to call the cops on me and get me arrested for not leaving there property and call it private property all because they claim I gave them a false address. They also said they can give me a fine and life in prison for giving them false information. They full of drama and pathetic and so stupid.
