  My wife left her C-pap machine in Philadelphia. After frustrating experiences with the FedEx shipping Center 2 miles away, Sylvia helped me sort through exactly how to get it home and also sat in on the phone call to the hotel to make sure everything was in sync. My first 5 star experience with FedEx in many years - this store is now my go to shipping station.

  Pésimo el servicio , según ellos en todas las tiendas no hay envios del día siguiente y fuimos a otra sucursal y ahí me atendieron muy amable el señor y si , mi documento llega mañana .

  Wonderful and helpful staff...clean facility! I have a bad back so they helped me load/unload an Amazon return. They also have a cart to use. Just a great store with friendly customer service

  Went into FedEx and while waiting in line had to listen to two employees.. an older white woman and a heavyset middle-aged male employee loudly ranting about “illegals,” scams, and criminals right after helping these Spanish-speaking customers. It was wildly inappropriate for a workplace and made both me and another customer visibly uncomfortable, we both looked at each other like wow okay and what made it worse was the obvious assumption that because I’m also white, I’d somehow agree with the conversation. News flash!!!! not everyone wants to hear political or racist commentary while trying to ship a package. The male employee also went on about how “hard” his job is dealing with criminals every day… yet somehow still clocks in daily. If the job and customers are that unbearable to you, maybe FedEx isn’t the right fit…guys there jswha time and place for personal opinions. A public workplace full of customers isn’t it.

  I went to pick up an online order today and realized I’d ordered the wrong paper size for one of my documents. Darius was so patient while I resubmitted a new doc, and then he re-printed everything properly and made sure it was all correct before I left. SO helpful!
