  I visited the Subway at 23009 E Main St in Armada, MI, and unfortunately had a very concerning experience. After taking only two bites of my sandwich, I noticed a very strong taste that reminded me of dishwasher soap or cleaning chemicals. The taste was so unpleasant that I could not continue eating it, and I later threw up. I returned to the restaurant and tried to explain the situation calmly and respectfully. I was not looking for anything in return—I simply wanted to bring it to their attention so they could check what happened and make sure it did not happen to another customer. Unfortunately, I felt that my concern was handled very unprofessionally. Instead of taking the issue seriously, there was complaining and arguing, and an employee looked at the sandwich and then threw it in the garbage. At that point, I chose to leave rather than allow the situation to turn into an argument. My biggest concern is food safety. We are human beings eating this food, and something like this should be taken seriously. I would hate for a child or anyone else to become sick. I also submitted a complaint through Subway’s form and was told to check my email, but I have not received anything. I am sharing this review simply to make others aware and to encourage the restaurant to be more careful and take customer food-safety concerns seriously.

  Sneezed on his hand chsnge his gloves but didnt wash his hands he proceeded to charge me the same amount bc I got two kinds of chiken on my sub even though I had a coupon two get ut half off he still proceeded to charge me the whole amont never had a issue with that befor but anyways my last time going here

  The lady who works morning shift makes phenomenal subs!! Haven’t had subway in years due to the quality going down, but now I will definitely be a returning customer! Definitely recommend the spicy Italian.

  Sweet little sandwich shop with really great customer service and care. Highly recommend if you are hungry very satisfying. Shout out to Chris, he made our sandwiches and was very nice. Thank you
