  Horrible service and misleading return practices. I brought five Amazon returns to this UPS Store. Four items were still in their original product packaging; one no longer had its box. One of the packaged items was defective and its box had already been opened. Rowan and Rob tried to require me to purchase separate boxes for EACH item. They also wanted to charge me to rebox the one item that no longer had a box and to charge me just to tape shut the opened box containing the defective item. When I questioned this and explained that other UPS Stores have never imposed these requirements, they insisted this was “Amazon policy.” It wasn’t. I called Amazon afterward, and Amazon confirmed these were not Amazon requirements. The Amazon supervisor was professional, took the matter seriously, issued me a refund without requiring me to return the items, and filed a formal complaint regarding this UPS Store. The contrast was remarkable: Amazon handled the situation professionally, while this store appeared to use Amazon returns as an opportunity to sell unnecessary boxes and packing services while blaming those charges on Amazon. Stay away. Use another UPS Store.

  I’ve never been to any postal service where the staff was this friendly and patient. I always have great experiences with shipping/returns.

  I was at the fed ex store on state st Ann arbor today to mail.a small package I was helped and assisted by a very kind ,patient and knowledgeable gentleman It was a very pleasant experience,I would highly recommend this particular store

  This UPS Store really saved the day for me. I had to ship 3 boxes of rare books, and needed boxes, tape, and a lot of patience and help. Five stars and three cheers for a lovely young man named Dallas who helped me get everything right and get my items shipped. Best Customer Service ever! Thank you so much.

  Rude front desk person suggesting to charge for only tapping the box i would not recommend this store to anyone After visiting more than 100 time ups This is the 1st store asking to pay for tape
