    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had doing an Amazon return. I chose the option where UPS handles packing and labeling, but the store completely messed it up and somehow sent the package back to my apartment instead of Amazon. Now my return isn’t processed and my refund is at risk, all because of their mistake. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time, I won’t be coming back.

    I can't rave enough about the GM Amanda! I came in to ship. She knew exactly what box, how to pack and the right delivery service. An icon. Don't lose her!!!

    Every visit I’ve had at this UPS location is 100 times better than the plymouth road store. I had an enormous rug that I had to ship myself, staff provided a dolly so I could easily bring it into the store. Friendly and efficient!
