  I use this store so the time for returns. Staff seems well-trained and helpful. I've never experienced rudeness here or unhelpfulness. Lines can sometimes be long!

  This team went out of their way to help me and then respectfully helped me realize I had ordered to the wrong location - and STILL got me taken care of. I am very grateful.

  Dropped off a package to be delivered at PO BOX address on Friday afternoon and the online tracking never moved from label creation status. When I called this store, the manager said they can’t control it and I have to call USPS since it’s PO BOX related. And I talked to the USPS staff in person and they said they are unable to the track the shipment. On Wednesday, I went to the same UPS store and I asked the staff if my shipment got picked up from this store or not on Friday. Basically, these guys dumped my package in the back in a random bin and didn’t bother to check until I asked about it. This is not acceptable. I don’t know what these guys were expecting to do with that package. This is total negligence and these guys caused a lot of trouble for me by not shipping the important package on time.

  The staff here were really nice and professional. I was helped with an Amazon return and the clerk and I had a pleasant chat while he helped me. It was the perfect morning pick me up!
