  Went above and beyond to help me send an international package to my daughter in Dublin Ireland. When it looked like the package was going to be sent back to me- I was contacted by the store and they helped transfer shipping to pick up box nearby and she was able to pick up the package easily. Thank you, thank you to UPS team at the Jackson Rd store.

  Came in today around 5pm and had the most unpleasant experience. The guy in front had a lot of sighs and irritated by simple questions, not helpful and also I just felt like he didn’t want me in the store. I double checked the time because the energy was I was just walked in as they were closing, which wasn’t the case. I noticed he did this with other customers coming in as well. There’s plenty of ups stores in the area and I don’t think I’ll be back to this one.
