  Terrible location for delivery orders. I've gotten multiple orders either wildly incorrect (completely different sandwich) or they don't pay attention to the order and mess up anything you want added or removed. They also never answer the phone if you need to contact them.

  Considering how many subways there are in a 2 mile radius this is a terrible subway and best to avoid, first off it’s way too small considering how many customers can enter at once, and this is a message to the owners because the employees have very little control, HIRE MORE PEOPLE you can’t expect that Indian man to be Superman bless his heart, I felt bad for guy especially since other customers were being rude to him because of the language barrier, but shame on the owners for keeping one person running the register and handling sandwiches without changing gloves 🤢

  3 tables in store. They all were filthy. I asked the employee if he had a towel I can use to wipe one off and he pointed at the napkins. I emphasized a towel, he said "no towels". Mind you, hes sitting, legs kicked up, with not 1 customer coming in for the entire 20 minutes I sat and ate (luckily I had Clorox wipes on me). Nor was the bread toasted like the online pickup specified but that's besides the point). 5/12 2:30pm

  Asked for light mayo got a pile instead. Bathroom isn't exactly clean. However, service was fast and due to the location have a lot of people coming in just to use the bathroom.
