Staff are very helpful and store was very clean food looks very fresh customer service was very excellent my food was very good and I will be returning

I ordered pickup, and after going home I realized that the workers gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki but I received what I assume to be a cold cut combo
This is very disheartening because I am not a fan of Subway’s cold cut combo especially the way it was made, and I would rather eat nothing

Credit where credit is due. Subway app glitched my order, but all looked right on my end. I had only ordered because I got a BOGO through the app. I get to the store, they have no record of my order. The miserable thing is that they have no manager override for their POS, which meant they couldn't offer me the same deal as it was "online only" they said I was SOL. The app refunded me but did not reinstitute the BOGO coupon. Fortunately, someone "from corporate", was present and paid for my meal, even after I said I just wanted to pay for the value I had originally agreed to. I hope for his sake he used his corporate card. I'd hate to think he paid out of pocket to make up for corporate America's failings.
The staff then made the best sandwich I've had from a Subway in at least a decade. The bread wasn't stale, remarkably. It was full of ingredients, not just a sneeze of protein overloaded with lettuce, which has become the more common experience.

I had a very concerning experience at this Subway location on Plymouth Rd today.
I placed an online order and waited about 20 minutes in the store for pickup. When it was my turn, an employee (name sounded like “Gill”) told me he was canceling my order and all online orders, despite there being no other customers in the store.
When I politely asked for clarification, he became argumentative and increasingly aggressive. He came out from behind the counter, stood very close to me in a confrontational manner, and behaved in a way that made me feel like he was about to physically attack me. He also told me he didn’t care if I reported him and instructed me not to return.
I have been a loyal customer and have supported this location through catering orders within the local Asian community, but this experience has seriously affected my trust. More importantly, I did not feel safe.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the situation.
