  Ordered a Spicy Italian and told the worker I wanted what normally came on it, nothing extra. Why did I have to specify every single topping/condiment to her? 😂 Poor staff communication, and a few of them seem VERY high. Never have meatballs (I suspect they do, they just don't want to go through the trouble) Fountain Drink Machine constantly out of soda options

  Super rude service! The person helping me was more concerned with talking to the person behind me… made me feel like I wasn’t even there. RUDE!

  Constantly short staffed their service is slow sandwich prep station is never stocked and ready to go during peek service Constantly out of items if your in a hurry and want a sub I recommend delivery especially if there's a line
