Don't waste your money printing here....you are literally throwing away money.
TLDR– they want over $80 to print and bind a 37-page double sided document, so 74 pages in total. That price is...outrageous. It is some 4x more expensive than it cost a few years ago for the same exact service at the same location.
These prices don't reflect the reality of the costs of printing or services. That particular service runs about ~$2.40 of wholesale supplies (paper, toner, acetate covers, coil bindings). The entire job takes about 10 minutes to complete.
One of the things that has changed is the sliding scale "same-day convenience fee" which for any job over $50 dollars, adds $17.50 on top of the cost. So something that costs in the $65 is now closer to $83. That "convenience fee" increases as your job costs more money.
When I asked an employee about the fee, he said (and I quote) "frankly, we deserve the fee, we deserve it." And so I asked if he gets the money from the fee, the answer the is no, the employees don't see any of the money from the "same-day" fee.
The shipping prices are still competitive, as there is still competition in that market. The employees are courteous and professional, but yikes, you lost a customer for serious price gouging.
