I brought in a busted up drone being sent for repairs. My printer at home was running low on ink so my pre-printed label wasn't the best. Se scanned all the barcodes to make sure they registered. She suggested the right size box and took care of securing the electric. Yes, I know it was a waste on time because it was already broken, but she understood that I still wanted it to arrive securely.

Kaylee is exceptional if you interact with her polite. Helpful. Above and beyond with helping label and pick up the heavy chairs I couldn’t handle
