  We had such a wonderful experience at FedEx thanks to Duane! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to help us and made everything so easy. It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely this kind and helpful.   I had a gentle men on the phone who was very patient and, calm with my questions regarding shipping a PC and how to ship it. I didn't get his name but, I really apreciate him for being kind since, this is my first time shipping something. I really love the customer service!!
