  The worst customer service ever. The kid with the beard and a little longer hair. He isn't ment to work with customer. I order online and couldn't write down how I wanted our sandwiches. So I ordered in parking lot and went in and told them we wanted the sandwiches a certain way. He wouldn't listen to what the customer wants. I do it all the time in Imlay City with no problems. He got rude with me saying to me that I was being rude and he was going to cancel my order. I told him I was being rude because he wasnt listening. I hope the manager Roxy deals with him in the proper way. Customer service should always come first. Won't go there again.

  Unsure about the other reviews as I’ve gone twice this week bc it’s been so good & fresh! Plus they take coupons. Very delish and friendly staff!

  Worst experience ever today at this subway. I have a favorite I always get with no complications. Today it was not toasted, chicken is partly frozen, cheese is cold, etc. I'm questioning if I'll ever support local subway again.
