  Matt at Advance Auto Parts in Alma provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. None of the USB ports or power outlets in our Ford Escape were working, and we had no idea where to start. Matt quickly helped us identify the correct fuses, found exactly what we needed, and then went above and beyond by coming outside and replacing the fuses for us. He did all of this on one of the hottest days of the year without hesitation. His kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a quick and easy fix. Thanks to Matt, everything is working perfectly again. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. Matt was an incredible blessing, and Advance Auto Parts is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you again, Matt!

  Harry G. Did a great job on helping me. His knowledge saved me time, money and stress. These days thats super important and anyone who helps me with that deserves a 5 star review. This helps me get my vehicle up and runing again for me and my family without costing us and arm and a leg. I got my jeep back on the road and I'm very greatful for it. Thanks again Harry.
