  I was lied to and cheated. This location doesn't care and will leave you helpless. I placed an order through the mobile app and arrived to go and pick it up. I got a phone call from workers at this location telling me they were out of the items i ordered. I saw my app ring it up as if i picked it up (never did). The workers sounded unsure and told me that i had to call a number to get my money back. They didnt provide me with the number and just told me they couldnt help me. Ive done all i could to get reimbursed, its been 2 months now and still no reply to any of the 6 emails ive send detailing the incident. I will NEVER come to this location again. I was lied to and left stranded. Never again.

  This place doesn't care about the customer. Only cares about the small margin they make with each sandwich. Will never go here again!

  Unfortunately on this particular visit I encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee that ruined my experience. To the point of me calling Allen Park Police Department after she threatened to assault me, talked about me needing to cook instead of being there along with a lot more. I will be pursuing this matter because when I spend my money I expect better treatment unless it's my fault. It was NOT she didn't know the menu specials and instead of simply looking and preparing the sub she asked another employee to handle me.

  I will always come to this location. They really care about their customers. Make sure their customers are always happy and pleased with the food. They’re always outgoing and pleased to help their customers like other locations are not. This is my all-time favorite location. They are there to make their customers laugh and always come back. Keep up the great work.

  Every time I have been here, the employees (doesn’t matter who) have always been very polite and friendly. Ingredients are always fresh. Place is always clean- even the bathroom. I go out of my way to patronize this location.
