  Honestly didn’t have any issues with this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. You felt safe, at home and comfortable here. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and we loved it!! We booked the 2 queen beds room and it was very comfortable and lots of room! The bathroom ceiling was a little short for a 6”1 guy like myself haha! So the mirror my head wasn’t in the mirror. Oh well. That was my only problem haha. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again in the future. Even the breakfast we had was amazing!!!!! Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruits, juice, pancakes.. it keeps going! Each day they do change 2 hot trays out with something different but we still had no problems with the food. The restaurant that’s in the hotel where you get the breakfast also opens up later around 4pm for dinner. Food was delicious alcohol beverages were very good and even the staff there are amazing!! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with no issues. Again, if you need a hotel close to the casino (15 minutes away) or want to enjoy the Henry ford museum and village or even tour the ford factory, it’s all very close. Close enough that it’s (6 minutes away)!!! Thank you staff at the Best Western greenfield in!! We loved it!!

  Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα. Αυτό είναι και το θετικό του σημείο. Δυστυχώς το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται αμέσως ανακαίνιση! Είναι κοντά στον αυτοκινητόδρομο και επίσης αυτό είναι ένα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα. Έχει πισίνα αλλά δεν μπορεσα να την χρησιμοποιήσω και ούτε ήθελα... Το πρωινό είναι όπως το γνωρίζουμε στην αμερική αλλα το εστιατόριο του είναι καλό!

  Pros: - Location was great and accessible off the highway - Service was also great, they provide a shuttle to the Ford Museum - Interesting interior decor especially along the hallways - Swimming pool - No problems with the room itself Cons: - Rooms have no soundproofing, you can hear doors slamming and people talking all day - They had an emergency water shutoff for 5 whole hours

  My experience at this Best Western was absolutely horrible. I booked two rooms with two queen beds for two nights to accommodate my husband, our two children, my sister, her husband, and their two children. Despite booking rooms large enough for our group, we were constantly harassed by the manager, who repeatedly accused us of having unauthorized guests. Throughout our stay, it felt like we were being watched. Wherever we went, the manager seemed to follow us. When we went to the pool area, he showed up within minutes and began questioning us again. The most upsetting part of our stay was when the manager falsely accused my 12-year-old son of urinating in the pool and told him he could not swim. My son became very upset and started crying because the accusation was completely untrue. Shortly afterward, we were asked to leave. As we were leaving, the manager made a racist remark by calling us a racial slur. I am a Gold Member with this hotel brand and have never experienced treatment like this before. The discrimination, harassment, and false accusations made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will never return to this Best Western and would not recommend it to anyone.
