I hardly ever leave reviews, Ana today helped us with porting my mother in laws phone to our plan. She was patient and kind and walked us through the whole process. I am not an Android user, I prefer Apple, however my mother in law liked her Android and understands it. Ana took the time to set her new phone up complete with putting all the apps in the same place as her old phone. A+++ for Ana!! Thank you for your patience and time.
