  Purchased a 4 sandwich order online january 28th. The staff of the 28th at about 2:45 pm was very pleasant. 1 of the sandwiches was for my mom to take to work. It was made incorrectly and when I called today the 29th at about 3 pm I asked for only a remake of the sub but I instantly got attitude “why didn’t you call yesterday?” Thats not your business and it doesn’t matter. I was being polite and I didn’t know about it being incorrect until it was too late to call. Gonna start going to lake orion or Oxford subway.

  Great employees in the morning, fresh ingredients, clean, generous seating area and lots more fountain/frozen drink options than a stand alone Subway.

  Called store and spoke Kendra to inform her whom ever made my subs put mustard on them instead of honey mustard. Had no lettuce on either sub and asked for meat to be heated and meet was ice cold. I wanted my food remade. I was going to bring the old subs back in. She was rude stated I chose non toasted and that it was my fault. Because it was durning rush. When i and my daughter picked up the subs no customer was at subway and employees were no where to be seen. She told me to call the store and speak with her manager when she is in the next day. Rude woman and as I was informed she is the managers daughter. I just wanted my subs remade. Considering who mistakes mustard for honey mustard. I spent time and money buying this food. Just for it all to go to waste.

  The young people working here did a fabulous job on my sub and renewed my faith in the Subway brand. It was absolutely delicious and worth my money. Will make sure to stop in next time Im in the area. Thank you.
