  I was 3rd in line and there were 2 people waiting on customers. Both cashiers were finishing up so the person in front of me went to the gentleman and I headed over to the lady. She started tidying up her area and the line started building up. I waited patiently for several minutes and after several more people entered and got in line, she told me I had to got to the other line. I Started out at 3rd, now I am 5th in line! Then she took the gentleman that came in well behind me (called him over by name). On top of that he was looking for a package, so she told the man that was taking care of our line to go look for it even though there were now 7 people in his line and none in hers. If she had just said, "I can't take you at this time" right at the beginning, I would have understood, but she blatantly ignored me for several minutes before she said anything, and made a 2 minute errand turn into a fifteen minute wait. Next time I will go elsewhere.

  I pay for my package to be delivered in 3 days and it's 6 days now my package as not been delivered my tracking number as not been update I call the toll free number they send me back to the store we're i send it from now I can't get any information on my package. It's like around and around for my package and I really need my stuff

  We recently used this UPS Store to help us ship furniture within the US and box furniture to transport by air internationally. The staff in the store were exceptionally helpful, professional and very friendly and caring about the sentimental furniture we were trying to relocate. Everything made it to it's final destination in perfect condition. I would highly recommend using this store as the staff are great and very knowledgeable about all things packing and shipping. Thank you to everyone!

  When they work they work but they also often don't. The concept of needing a signature for a package is always annoying. It makes sense why you want one but you don't tell the person receiving the package what time, and so they're supposed to wait all day on the chance the delivery shows up when they're available and paying attention. If you want a signature you should tell the customer you'll be there at the specified time and actually be there along with no nonsense of barely knocking and then sticking a note saying "our bad we couldn't get to you." I understand the workers have a lot to deliver but sure in the big 26 you have figured out how to have a guy delivering things in a certain specified time frame if needed? I've had packages delivered that are worth over 300 dollars and just left out on the porch, no notice no need for a signature. But when it's something much lower in value suddenly a signature is required. This makes zero sense. Yes the ups facility in wells is closed so where do you want me to review ups and their poor service then? You're a ups store.
