I’ve been here 4 times. Every time feels like my business is just an inconvenience. I have come to rely on their computer (which you pay to use) to print my return labels. Today it was out of order. They would not allow me to email the return label directly to them. It just always seems like a fight to get anything returned here.

Possibly the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unless you feel like being barked at by the awful staff, I’d suggest sending your packages elsewhere.
